The cake

Do You remember of the cake from Prague?

The Hungarian name of it : Kürtős kalács. It means 'cake with tunnel'. It has a very soft taste. You have to bake it on a special stick and after roll in sugar, nut or coco. So fine! The original came from Erdely (Romania) and now it is the most popular-meal on the Staroměstská!

Good Appetite!

Hmmmm, between the cherry shake and this...do you cook it in the oven or it is like on Starometska, on a sort of special machine which roll automatically ?

Unfortunatelly I have no special oven for it, but you don't need to buy one. It is very common and cheap you can take it everywhere in Hungary!
